It's almost like in old movies, depicting time passage by the falling pages from a calendar. Or maybe like the fast-spinning hands of a clock. Whatever way you dramatize it...I'm behind in my blog.
Since spending so much time reflecting on the current presidential race, I am a firm believer in the power of vote. So, why not take the issue of my blog to the people?
I trust if you are reading this that you are an experienced blog-reader, maybe even a blogger yourself. So what exactly would you like to see on this blog?
Does the political banter interest you?
The random thoughts I pen (or type) that don't exactly map out an easy-to-follow map in my brain?
Periodic trivia and factoids?
Or would you be more interested if I transformed the blog into a VIDEO blog instead?
I need you, in this blog universe, to let me know what would bring you back to the blog more often?
My blog is like a glob of clay, ready to be manipulated and molded into whatever shape you desire. Much like the damp dirty (once a bunny) toy that Katie's puppy Sully has taken over from Toby, and has laid generously in my lap...ick.
Frankly, it's a two-part thing.
The media is already bombarding us with political campaign information, most of which is annoying.
Also, despite your best intentions, the blog is not coming across with enough passion or frequency to keep readers tuned in. I hear more about your thoughts on the Bert Show than I really gain from your blog.
Perhaps you might want to try a Vlog for a while - you are already an "on-air" personality, so it would make good sense to use that.

I vote for all of the above! They are all representative pieces and parts of the whole of you. As you discover & uncover those things that make you uniquely you, I look forward to reading whatever you have to share.
As for being behind in blog updates...uh...mine is coming up on almost a year since being posted to.
Note to self...commence to blogging!

Hey personally a blog is yours do with it what you want! It doesn't cost a thing, but a little bit of time. Besides putting ones thoughts down is sometimes therapy...if you will. Who knows maybe the mass amount of people that are clueless as to what is happening politically around the world could use a little insight. Lets face it-yes the political race is everywhere on the news...but how many people could you walk up to right now and ask them Hillary Clinton's views on health care and they could tell you their own health care plan (wow that was a long sentence-that maybe why I never answer these things-I suck in grammar). Just my opinion, but I like the debate and the fact that your blog has no direction-but your own thoughts is kind of cool. Keep is going sister make it personal, make it political and well I can't think of another (p) word at this moment so in the words of Nike “just do it”! I have laughed, cried and identified. That’s what matters. And who the hell knows what you will start writing if people try to dictate that.

I like the idea of all of the above. I have enjoyed reading your thoughts on politics. I also like the idea of random thoughts.
Regardless of what I think, do what most appeals to you. That may change over time. That is okay. Don't try to force it into only being about one thing. Go with whatever is on your mind.
