"Look, Mom. I'm a Baller."
I recently fractured my ankle, and being forced to sit still can be a bit of a challenge. Sure, it's fun to have an excuse to be lazy and catch up on all the shows piled up on your DVR. But once they are gone and you still need help just getting down the hall to pee, it really is up to those "little things" to bring you the greatest entertainment.
Pets seem to always fit that bill.
Take my Siamese cat, Nikko. Being the baby he gets picked on a lot by his older canine and feline siblings, so when he has a moment to himself he takes full advantage of the fun freedom it brings. And if a wadded up piece of paper is around, he is in pure bliss.
Good thing I had my camera near me when such a moment took place. I videotaped him playing his solo game, but I warn you parts of it are a little dark. Regardless, I hope he brings you the same minute-long smile he did for me.

I love this snippet of Nikko - while he plays there's also so much other important stuff going on:college football game as background audio, a glimpse of aforementioned hurt ankle, significant other asking a question from another room and being ignored. Oh yes, it's real life. Thanks for sharing - love your baby boy!
