Tonight was the Bert Show's Big Wicked, where I unveiled my third and final Halloween costume of 2009 - DAVID CARRADINE from the Kill Bill movies and the television series Kung Fu! (You remember he passed away earlier this year in a Bangkok hotel room.) Katie Jo went as a Geisha girl I hired to "attend to my needs."
