This is a billboard in Ohio in the attempt to promote breastfeeding. But is it offensive?
No.
I don't think I understand the question. Why would it offend?

I'm a breastfeeding mother and do not find this billboard offensive. On the contrary, I like it. I listened to a segment on NPR a few weeks back that stated the vast majority of African American mothers choose to formula feed over breastfeeding. I think this billboard does a good job of reaching out to a target audience to increase the awareness of breastfeeding. It's not like it shows gigantic boobs on the billboard. It shows a cute baby dribbling milk, like all babies do. What's offensive about that?

What on earth is supposed to be offensive about that?? If it was a 4-year old with powder under his nose from his mother sharing cocaine with him or something... I could see the outcry... but I can't find anything offensive about this! It's sort of like a take-off on the "milk does a body good" campaign, showing his milk mustache or leftovers... but anybody who finds this offensive is just looking to be offended, IMO. This is actually pretty cute to me! I just don't get some people... but thanks for sharing the ad, Melissa!!

No, not offensive. I can think of other billboards WAY more offensive than that one.

I don't think it's offensive at all. Anything that helps to raise the awareness of the benefits of breastfeeding is a good idea in my book. I think the ad is cute.
